Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 · Operator based in Berkeley, California

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Concierge you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of the information you provide, including the phone number you link.

3. Subscription & automatic renewal (California disclosure)

Concierge Monthly is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe at $5.00 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation.

How to cancel: open Billing → "Manage / cancel" to use the Stripe customer portal, which lets you cancel at any time. SMS subscribers can also reply STOP to stop messages (message stop does not by itself cancel billing). Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the current paid period.

Prices may change with notice; any increase applies to future renewal periods after notice and your continued use.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, send unlawful content via SMS replies, or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend access for violations.

6. Your content

You retain rights to the goals and notes you create; you grant us a limited license to use them solely to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Concierge offers suggestions, not professional advice (medical, legal, or financial).

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California. California consumers retain all rights under applicable California law.

10. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions? Email maes.levi@gmail.com or open the Contact page in the app.
